I can’t say enough good things about Jan and Family Teddy Bears!From the beginning, Jan was such a joy to deal with. Not only did she answer every single question I had (in fact, she encouraged it!), but she made me feel part of the entire process. She shared picture and video updates of Piper as a tiny puppy and having these as keepsakes means so much to me! What really stood out to me was how much she cared about getting to know me as well, making sure Piper would be a perfect fit.Visiting her puppy space is what sealed the deal for me: it was absolutely spotless (and adorable... those little daisies?! Be still my heart)! These puppies are SO loved and cared for. Their wellbeing is the #1 priority and it shows.As far as my little sweet Piper goes, she is now 1 year old (I got her from Jan when she was 8 weeks!) and she is truly the sweetest, kindest little maltipoo pup. She's SO intelligent (I swear she understands english haha), so easy to train and teach new tricks, gentle towards everyone she meets, and truly a joy to have around.I wholeheartedly recommend Family Teddy Bears and I feel so lucky to have found them! 🐶💕

What a wonderful experience I had with Family Teddy Bears!From my first email inquiring about adoption to the moment the flight nanny put my little one in my arms, the process couldn't have been smoother. I'd heard horror stories about online scams and unethical breeders and I was anxious going in, but my anxiety disappeared almost immediately. Jan is SO sweet, so communicative, so open, so understanding... I could go on and on! She sent me weekly pictures and videos of my girl, arranged everything for her flight out to me, and answered all of my questions before AND after we brought our girl home.Family Teddy Bears truly cares about their doggies AND the humans who adopt them! We are so lucky we found them and so happy with our sweet Hazel!

She gave me all sorts of options and explained the different personalities of the puppies that interested me. I now have an 8 month old, adorable, fun loving, pup! The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. And my pup is healthy, lively, and cuddly in every way. Just what I wanted! Highly recommend this breeder!!

I cannot express the gratitude that I have for Family Teddy Bears. I found my dream Maltipoo “Punkin” after looking for a year after my little furbaby Scooter passed away. The amazing support that I have received from Jan has exceeded my expectations. Any questions or concerns that I had were answered immediately and thoroughly. Punkin is healthy and happy and very well trained and so sweet. I would recommend this business to everyone I know. I already recommended them and even when I am out in stores and in public , I get asked all the time where I got Punkin and always refer them to Family Teddy Bears. !!

Bought our maltipoo, Vanilla aka Nillie,and red mini poodle, Chocolate aka Choco, from Family Teddy Bears in January from Jan in Lebanon. What wonderful little dogs! We are in love! Both are friendly, loving, lively, and so intelligent. Jan was excellent to work with, and very supportive and responsive to questions after we brought our boys home. I highly recommend Family Teddy Bears.

We’ve had many dogs over the years but Harriet was our first little dog and we are absolutely in love with her!!! She’s an apricot Maltipoo who is teaming with personality! She’s also incredibly intelligent and immediately fit right in with our family. She’s funny/adorable/looks like a teddy bear…I could go on and on about how much we and everyone who meets her loves her! I even had 2 friends purchase puppies from Family Teddy Bears after they met her. In all sincerity, I couldn’t recommend a more honest and trustworthy breeder than these wonderful people. It’s truly a family atmosphere and I am so happy we found them ❤️

Family Teddy Bears is the best! From beginning to end you receive all the information you could possibly need to raise healthy, well behaved pups (lineage, feeding, pics and videos of your puppies at various stages of their development, and so much more!). I initially got 1 pup; went back a month later to get her sister! The folks at FTB are the nicest, friendliest, people you will ever meet! We stay in contact, sharing pictures and videos of “the girls”.Meet Mocha and Toffee!

Jan and Kris are amazing breeders with generous hearts! They are fabulous to work with. I am blown away by the high standard of care and great outpouring of love at Family Teddy Bears! I am bedridden due to a neuromuscular disease. They went above and beyond to accommodate my disability, Kris even delivering our little Morkie on Easter night. Gracie is delightful and brings so much joy to our family. She is adorable and has the sweetest personality. It was immediately apparent by her wonderful disposition how well Gracie was loved and cared for by Jan prior to coming home. Jan and Kris go out of their way to make sure their puppies are adjusting well in their new home, answering all my questions promptly, giving great suggestions as needed and keeping an open line of communication. Jan and Erin at Family Teddy Bear are exceptional breeders and caring people. After the devastating of our beloved Leah and Wynton in a fire, we reached out to them in search of a new puppy to help heal our hearts. From the very beginning, Jan and Erin were compassionate, caring, and supportive, understanding our need to take these process slow. Initially, we were looking to welcome one furry friend into our home, but when we laid eyes on Toby, now Beau, we simply couldn't resist bringing Lacey Jane, now Maya into our home. Jan's son went above and beyond by personally delivering our new additions from Tennessee all the way to Michigan, showcasing their dedication to their animals and customers. I cannot recommend Jan and Erin at Family Teddy Bear enough. When we eventually relocate back to our home, we are already planning on expanding our family with another furry companion from their loving care. Thank you, Jan and Erin, for everything you've done for us during this difficult time.

BITSY has been here with us for about 3 weeks. She is smart, healthy and has stolen our hearts! Jan was great to assist and all the information she gives during adoption was priceless!
