Lets Start The Process!

To begin the adoption process for a Teddy Bear from Family Teddy Bears  please fill out this application form. Upon submitting your application you can go to Payment Form to submit a deposit of $500 which will be applied towards the total purchase price. This deposit is non-refundable other than the event that a puppy cannot be provided to you. The balance (not including delivery) must be paid when the puppies are 8 weeks old, prior to your Teddy Bear leaving Family Teddy Bears.

We will be happy to provide delivery for your new puppy. If you require delivery please let us know in advance so that we can make proper arrangements. All delivery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser including transportation fees and taxes, crate and any additional items required to keep your new puppy safe and happy during his journey home.
